  1. DELAY TERMS AND FEE
    1. A delivery fee applies to orders. You have the opportunity to choose the most suitable delivery method for you on the Tina Zimmerman website.

    3. All Tina Zimmerman products are insured and you don’t have to worry about delivery safety or other risks.
  2. PROCEDURE OF DELIVERY
    1. The order is accepted for processing only after full payment of the order and delivery, which the customer makes using one of the payment and delivery methods available on the Website.
    2. Please specify the delivery address as accurately as possible in the fields provided for this purpose. Please do not forget to provide the courier with essential information (door code, office no., recipient’s name if the recipient is not you, etc.). Due to an incorrect address, the delivery time may be extended.
    3. When filling in the delivery address, it is necessary to indicate a telephone number so that the courier can contact the recipient of the package. Also, an inaccurately specified phone number may be the reason for the extension of the delivery period.
    4. Orders accepted on working days after 18:00 are processed on the same day and delivered to the courier on the next working day. If the order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday or a public holiday, it will be processed and delivered to the courier on the next working day. At the time of delivery, the courier has the right to ask for an identity document (passport or identity card) to confirm the identity of the recipient of the order.
  3. RETURN OF GOODS AND REFUNDS
    1. When concluding a distance contract, i.e. when making a purchase on the Website, you as a consumer have the opportunity to use the right of refusal and unilaterally withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the product, without giving a reason.
    2. The term of the right of withdrawal is calculated as follows: if the product is ordered – from the day when the product was delivered to the consumer; if several items are ordered in one order, which are delivered separately, – from the day when the last ordered item was delivered to the consumer; if a product consisting of several batches or parts is delivered, – from the day when the last batch or part of the ordered product was delivered to the consumer.
    3. The product can be returned within 14 days using the Omniva return code in the SMS sent by Omniva. If you choose to use postal or courier services, Tina Zimmerman does not cover the postage costs of sending the item.
    4. Orders can only be returned by Omniva or couriers.
    5. By using the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the use of the product that exceeds the intended purpose of testing the product, for the use of the product during the period of use of the right of withdrawal, which is incompatible with the principle of good faith, as well as for the decrease in the value, quality and safety of the product.< /li>
    6. If you exercise the right of withdrawal, Tina Zimmerman is obliged to refund the purchase amount paid and the delivery fee to the same bank account as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 calendar days from the day we have received the returned product and verified its quality compliance , from which the item in question was paid for. If you want to return an item purchased using an electronic gift card, the returned funds will be transferred to the buyer of the gift card, not to the actual recipient of the item (the gift card redeemer).
  4. RESPONSIBILITY FOR DECREASE IN VALUE OF GOODS
    1. You have the right to refuse to use the right of withdrawal to try the product in question to make sure it meets your needs and wishes without damaging the product’s marks/tags. If this tag is removed or damaged when returning the product, or there is no packaging, Tina Zimmerman reserves the right not to accept the returned product and refuse to refund the Buyer
    2. The consumer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the product if the product is used for a purpose other than to determine the nature, properties and operation of the product. Tina Zimmerman has the right to deduct from the purchase amount its part in proportion to the decrease in value, having previously agreed with the buyer on the amount of costs.
